Meet Lauren Simmons - Owner and Creative Director

Lauren brings a refined design perspective and a deep understanding of staging to her role as Owner and Creative Director of Sterling Staging and Design. With a background in product design and extensive hands-on staging experience, she has a keen eye for how form, function, and storytelling come together to create impactful spaces.

In 2025, Lauren recognized the strong foundation and untapped potential of Sterling Staging and Design and proudly purchased the company, stepping into ownership with a clear vision for growth. Her goal is to elevate every aspect of the business—from thoughtfully curated furnishings and modernized inventory to a seamless, client-centered experience.

Lauren is passionate about creating spaces that feel elevated, intentional, and market-ready while maintaining efficiency and approachability. She understands that great staging not only enhances a home’s aesthetic but also helps buyers emotionally connect—and ultimately drives results for sellers and agents alike.

With a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, Lauren leads Sterling into its next chapter with fresh energy, strategic growth, and a continued dedication to quality design.

Design Lead & Sketch Specialist

Meet Hannah Turner, our resident design wizard with a serious eye for style and a pencil that never rests. Originally from Michigan, Hannah brought her creative flair and interior design expertise to Denver—and we couldn’t be more thrilled. With years of experience and a natural talent for visualizing spaces, she’s the mastermind behind many of Sterling Staging and Design’s most stunning transformations.
Whether she’s sketching up a custom concept for a client or bringing a vacant property to life with perfectly curated pieces, Hannah mixes creativity with strategy to make every space shine. Her designs are fresh, functional, and always full of personality—just like her.
When she’s not busy dreaming up your next favorite room, you’ll find her exploring Denver’s art scene, coffee in hand, and probably taking notes on her next big idea.
Founder & Sterling Staging Consultant
Treana Bennett is the visionary founder behind Sterling Staging and Design. After years of building the company into a trusted name in the Denver metro area, Treana proudly sold Sterling Staging and Design in 2025 to longtime collaborator Lauren, ensuring the business would continue with the same heart, quality, and client-first approach it was built on.
While stepping away from day-to-day operations, Treana remains an active consultant for Sterling Staging, offering strategic guidance and creative insight to support the team and its clients. Her passion for thoughtful, accessible design continues through House of Bennetts, where she now focuses on interior design alongside Hannah under that umbrella.
Treana’s philosophy has always been simple: beautiful, functional spaces should be attainable and deeply personal. Throughout her career, she has been known for blending strong design instincts with budget-conscious solutions, helping sellers maximize market value and homeowners bring their visions to life.
Inspired by Denver’s creative community, her family, local markets, international travel, and Colorado’s natural beauty, Treana believes every space tells a story—and great design helps that story shine.
Today, Lauren and the Sterling Staging and Design team proudly carry that vision forward, continuing the legacy Treana created while leading Sterling into its next chapter.
